Emma Community Outreach

Educate Mentor Motivate All Ages (E.M.M.A) Community Outreach, Inc. is a non-profit organization that aims to meet the socio-economic and central needs of individuals locally, nationally and globally. Our primary goal is to establish and promote programs that will facilitate education, mentorship, and motivation to every individual involved, while negating disparity and discrimination. These will be achieved through various intervention strategies such as seminars, workshops, conferences, one-to-one mentorship, counseling, educational empowerment, and the like.

Established in December 2014, E.M.M.A is a vision engrafted by Reverend Michael Hutchinson, President, and wife Minister Patricia Hutchinson, Vice President. Structurally, E.M.M.A. is a non-profit organization, 501 (c) (3) incorporated and based in Florida, U.S.A., but is extending its hands across the world. The organization was conceptualized by a need to serve.

E.M.M.A is a leader in advocating and applying servant leadership principles by embracing the concept that true leadership is measured by serving others. In order to serve on a larger scale, E.M.M.A. plans to partner with companies and other organizations in some of its efforts. Organizationally, E.M.M.A. will align itself with strong institutions to develop and strengthen capacity, especially at the local level, for the betterment of the community.
